Abby Elliott

Abby Elliott (born June 16 in 1987) is an American actress and comedian who was a cast member on Saturday Night Live from 2008 until 2012 and has since played on the Bravo comedy Odd Mom Out and the NBC sitcom Indebted. The actress is the daughter of actor/comedian Chris Elliott. Elliott was born in New York City, the oldest of two children. She is the daughter of Paula Niedert, a talent manager, and Chris Elliott (actor/comedian). Her grandfather was Bob Elliott, a radio comedian. Her younger sister is an actress Bridey Elliott. They both were born in Wilton, Connecticut. She attended Immaculate High School Danbury where she was in musicals and school plays. After graduating Immaculate High School in 2005 she was enrolled in Marymount Manhattan College in New York City However, she dropped out in the first year of her studies. Elliott also dated Fred Armisen in the year 2010. The couple split in September 2011. Elliott was married to Bill Kennedy, a TV writer on September 3, 2016. The couple has a daughter, Edith Pepper Kennedy. Elliott learned about comedy at The Groundlings, and then began performing and training in various sketch comedy shows at Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre (UCB), Los Angeles.
